Aaldert Verplanke

Based: Hastings   Aaldert has been creating three-dimensional objects since he was a child. He works with a variety of materials, most often wood and glass.   Totally self-taught in terms of form, Aaldert aims to create sculptures which first catch the eye, and secondly evoke questions in the mind of the viewer.
