Terrie Reddish

Based: Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay
 
Terrie Reddish is a botanical artist whose stunningly accurate works have been exhibited throughout New Zealand, and in London, where Terrie won a gold medal at the 2008 Royal Horticultural Show.
 
A move from Auckland to Hawke’s Bay in 2002 has enabled Terrie to focus more fully on her artistic practise, and she also teaches botanical drawing workshops from her studio.
 
Through her drawings she hopes to show others the contemporary value of a more traditional art form, and to bring her explorations of New Zealand native flora and fauna into a modern setting.
